Track Your Order
Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to see your order's current status.
Where to find your order number
- On the order confirmation screen shown after checkout.
- In your order confirmation email.
- Under Orders in your account, if you checked out with an account.
What each status means
- On hold
- Your order is placed and your items are reserved, but payment has not been confirmed yet.
- Processing
- Payment is confirmed and your order is being prepared for shipment.
- Completed
- Your order has shipped. Carrier tracking details are sent by email where available.
- Cancelled
- The order was cancelled and any reserved stock has been released. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after the payment window closes.
- Refunded
- A refund has been issued for this order.
